How long does setup take?+
Minutes. Name your clinic and you land in a workspace seeded with classical formulations, services, Panchakarma procedures, leave types and staff roles. Import patients from CSV, set OPD hours, switch on online booking.
What does the clinical copilot see?+
Only the consultation you're in and that patient's own record at your clinic, plus your stock. It runs with your permissions, can't change records, and every answer is decision support for the treating Vaidya.
Can one clinic ever see another clinic's data?+
No. Every query goes through one guard that resolves your membership and scopes the data; no code path takes a clinic id from the browser. The AI uses those same queries, as you.
Is there a free trial?+
Every clinic starts with 14 days free, no card needed. After that we activate your plan — pricing is per clinic. If the trial lapses, your data stays safe and readable while writes pause.
What happens to my data if I leave?+
It's yours. Every table exports to CSV, consent is captured at registration, and our terms commit to a 30-day export window after cancellation.
